SITA, COVENTRY

Code has removed 50,000 tonnes of dumped waste from the former Eastco scrap yard in Coventry.  The waste was a mixture of Japanese Knotweed and heavy metals.  The contract was completed 4 weeks ahead of programme.  Code are now preparing to lay a concrete base and drainage to form a new section

of the yard.

The contract is circa £504,000.00.

   

 

 

ASTON MARTIN, NEWPORT PAGNELL

Code have won the prestigious contract with Aston Martin to demolish their main factory building in Newport Pagnell.  A site of approximately 21,000 square metres.

The contract is circa £155,000.00.

 

 

A FURTHER HOSPITAL WIN FOR CODE

Code have won a further Hospital contract with the NHS for the Clock Tower Wing at Queens Hospital in Burton on Trent.

 

The contract is circa £200,000.00.

 

 

CODE LAND 

Code and a partnering landowner have just exchanged on a site in Tamworth . It requires demolition and remediation to enable a national house builder to develop 99 units.

Code Land has been formed to supply developers with remediated sites with or without a planning ticket, taking the risk out of particularly difficult sites. 

Code also partner with land owners so they can achieve the best possible sale price for their land by formulating a fixed demolition and clean up cost and give planning advice to take away “abnormal costs” out of an already complicated deal.

 

AVONMOUTH

Code has completed another phase on the old World War 1 former mustard gas factory.

The project was finished on time. 

The contract was worth 1.2 million.

Code worked in partnership with Britcon and Craddy Pitchers to construct a new HGV testing facility for VOSA.

Code’s experience on phase 1 enabled VOSA to put together a team to enable a very quick start.

CODE GOING FURTHER SOUTH

Code has won a contract in Malmesbury near Cirencester to demolish a former call centre for Redrow Homes (South) The contract is worth around £250k

CODE WIN HOSPITAL CONTRACT

Code has started a demolition of a former cottage hospital on the Rugeley road in Lichfield for Barratt ( Mercia ). The contract involves extensive asbestos removal and  a short programme period of 12 weeks
