Code Land has been formed
to supply developers with remediated sites with or without a planning
ticket taking the risk out of particularly difficult sites.
Code Land like to think as
developers as our partners and will happily link up and go into a joint
deal to share the risks and the gains.
Code Land will also partner
with land owners so they can achieve the best possible sale price for
their land by formulating a fixed demolition and clean up cost and give
planning advice to take away "abnormal costs" out of an
already complicated deal.
Code Land is a new and
innovative way of moving forward in land regeneration in an ever
