• Zero accidents.

• All Operatives to have CPCS, CCDO & CSCS cards as appropriate to their roles.

• All Site Managers to hold a 5 day CITB SMSTS certificate.

• All sub-contractors must pass a competency assessment prior to working.

• No work will be undertaken without a task specific risk assessment and method statement as well as a Health and Safety Plan (if applicable).

• All demolition operations to be carried out in accordance with BS 6187:2000 Code of Practice for Demolition.
